Zine
I created this zine to help the designers to overcome their creative block by assisting them in immuring themselves in activities they would not normally do. Each activity is associated with a playlist that I specially curated to help their thinking in the given activity. This can widen their horizon and make them more creative. The music plays two parts; one helps with their creativity. Two, it can be a way to relive the moment once they are back in their studio.

Introduction: introduce you to what this zine is going to be about.
Flow state: introducing physiology about your mental state to help you focus.
Activity: each activity is associated with a playlist to help you associate the feeling to the playlist, and this way, whenever you listen to the playlist again, you remember this feeling. (One should also consider the memories, emotions, and associations that different songs evoke)
Thoughts: this habit can help you limit your internal distraction because when you write your ideas into the paper, it's like you capture them; this enables you to focus on your work and help you tackle things you should not forget and stress. ( it frees up mental resources and protects mental energy) Your mind should not be a storage place for ideas, but it should be a generator of high-quality thoughts and ideas.
